Our journey began with a suite of real estate SaaS tools \u2013 ROOR (a prospecting platform), SmarterContact (automated investor outreach), Unistack (document and data management for real estate teams), and Dotstrack (field agent location & task tracking).

These products modernized how real estate professionals work and laid the foundation for our broader vision. One of them, SmarterContact, even became the #1 rated and highest converting communications platform for real estate professionals .
As these early solutions gained traction, JP Apex evolved into a cross-vertical tech consultancy and product incubator.

Today, we partner with businesses of all sizes to design and build modern SaaS solutions on cloud-native architectures, streamline internal workflows, and pioneer AI-native systems like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) search and intelligent data tagging.
